Saturdays 2:00pm (70 minutes) — $40

This advanced class is for students experienced in low flow who are confident in learning sequences and choreography. If you are interested in improving your movement fluidity and control, refining transitions and technical execution, and improving your utilization of platform heels, this is the class for you. In each class, we will learn a sequence of intricate pathways and progressions, and you will be encouraged to dance to different songs. Be prepared to be challenged on your strength, endurance, coordination, and apparatus handling.

Heels strongly recommended. Class content often includes heel- and edge work.
