EDGEWORK BASICS COURSE
This online course introduces using heels as an apparatus in pole dance. You will learn the foundations of using heels to create, maintain, and utilize ground contact for movement as well as aesthetic aspects of using heels.

Deepen your understanding of foundational movements.
Each class focuses on a topic (element) and includes drills to help build awareness of your movement quality and explore technical and aesthetic variety.
Level: Suitable for beginner students.

Deepen your understanding of foundational movements.
Each class focuses on a topic (element) and includes drills to help build awareness of your movement quality and explore technical and aesthetic variety.
Level: Suitable for students with experience in low flow (not aerial pole). Topics will generally include movements that require a higher level of strength and coordination as well as dynamic and ballistic tricks.
Prerequisites: Overall familiarity with learning low flow. Proficiency with turns, upright holds, grounded and aerial inversions, and sliding grips/switches.

This class covers progressions of transitions and positions that make up a longer movement sequence, with focus on refinement and fluidity.
Sequences are not timed or themed. You will be encouraged to practice sequences and movement phrases to different songs.Level: Suitable for students with some experience in low flow (not aerial pole).
Prereuisites: 6 month of experience in low flow. Proficiency with basic static spins, upright holds (pullup, sit, etc) and with hand positions (i.e. tray, twisted, cup) and sliding grips/switches (i.e. for pirouettes).
