Stiletto Flow
TECHNIQUE - MOVEMENT PHRASES & SEQUENCES
This class is for you if you are looking to learn transitions and movement phrases and make them your own through dance, without strict timing and aesthetic cues.
This class covers progressions of a movement sequence, with focus on the refinement of transitions. Sequences are not timed or themed. You will be encouraged to practice sequences and movement phrases to different songs.
Stiletto Flow
Sunday 4:00 pm PT (90 minutes + recording) — $29.50
PREREQ.: 6 month of experience in low flow. Proficiency with basic static spins, upright holds (pullup, sit, etc) and with hand positions (i.e. tray, twisted, cup) and sliding grips/switches (i.e. for pirouettes).
Attire & equipment needed
Pole required - must be able to be safely put and stay on static.
7" or 8" pole heels recommended but not required. I discourage wearing heels if you are moving on carpet or uneven surfaces.
Bring socks and knee pads or knee protection to all classes.
Elements of Low Flow
TECHNIQUE - SINGLE MOVEMENT DRILLS, REFINEMENT, EXPLORATION
This class is for you if you are looking to deepen your functional and aesthetic understanding of foundational movements.
Each class focuses on one topic (“element”) and will include drills and explorations of the elements in relation to music. Build awareness of your movement quality and learn how to expand and refine your existing repertoire of movement without having to learn “new moves”.
Topics for each class are posted on my Instagram stories several times a week, as well as sent out in my email newsletter (subscribe here).
Elements
Sunday 5:45 pm PT (90 minutes + recording) — $29.50
Suitable for beginner students. Topics will generally include basics and fundamental movements and transitions.
PREREQ.: suitable for all levels.
Elements (Int/Adv)
Offered at certain times (90 minutes + recording) — $32.50
Suitable for students with “intermediate” level of proficiency in low flow (not aerial pole). Topics will generally include movements that require a higher levels of strength and coordination and possibly dynamic and ballistic tricks.
PREREQ.: Overall familiarity with learning low flow. Proficiency with turns, upright holds, grounded and aerial inversions, and sliding grips/switches.
Attire & equipment needed
Pole required.
7" or 8" pole heels optional. Some classes may be partly or entirely taught with no heels. I discourage wearing heels if you are moving on carpet or uneven surfaces.
Bring socks knee pads or knee protection to all classes.
Free Flow & Exploration
FREESTYLE - MINDFUL MOVEMENT, SENSORY EXPLORATION, CURIOSITY, PLAY
This class is for you if you are looking for tools that will help you expand your pole dance and movement practice towards being able to freestyle and explore your organic movement.
This is a guided improv class that focuses on elements of style via guided movement and prompts-based exercises to music. Explorations may touch on both technical and artistic aspects of dance.
Free Flow & Exploration
New Times TBD (90 minutes + recording) — $27.50
PREREQ.: Suitable for all levels. Be prepared and willing to engage with the class and move on your own.*

Clothing you feel the most comfortable in moving that will not get in the way or inhibit your movement.

Having a journal or other means of note taking can be helpful.
